OUR DESIGN PROCESS
We believe 1st and Foremost in a consultative Design Process that involves the client deeply in the development of their project from day one. Whether we undertake a design-only or a complete design-build for you, the same attention to detail and listening inform our process from the very beginning.
- We begin with an initial consultation which may be at our office or at your proposed building site. Regardless of that location, we never begin putting ideas on paper until we have done a site visit and have developed an intimate feel for your proposed building site and for your connection to it and your ideas.
- Our 1st Draft attempts to incorporate the land, your ideas, photos, etc... into a solid initial depiction of our conversations and to provide an informed starting point for edits
- We will then, in close communication with you, move through a series of edits and re-drafts to arrive at what you LOVE and want us or your chosen builder to bring into reality. We use a wide array of technology to work with our clients ranging from cutting edge wireless and online capabilities to good old fashioned pencil and paper to get where you need us to be.
